This is the big daddy of all cooking classes. In this class, we will give each participant their own Hasty Bake and teach everyone how to trim, prepare, and cook a variety of food. You will leave this class with a deeper understanding of fire and the dynamics at work with cooking food in an open fire enviroment. This is an all day event.
The menu for this class will be:
Brisket, Fatty, Ribs, Pork Butt, Sausage, and Chicken. We will also be making our own steak lunch on the Hasty Bakes.
You will be taking home all the food you cook...generally 8-10# of Brisket, a whole fatty, 3 Racks of Ribs, 5# of Pork, 2-3# of Sausage, and a handfull of Chicken Legs. These are estimates as each cut of meat is unique. We will provide knives and everything needed for this event, just bring yourself and be ready to learn everything we can possibly teach you in a day.
The cost of this class is $500 per person and will be capped at 10 people. This class is for people serious about honing their craft and want to come spend a day with Adam Myers and the pitmasters at Burn Co BBQ. Tickets are available online or in person at the store.
