From mobility, dynamic flexibility training and stability work, participants will have a well-rounded exercise experience.

About this Event

Enhance your body's movement efficiency and capabilities in this class taught by Doctors of Physical Therapy. This class will help you expand your body's flexibility, give you greater control of your available range of motion and improve both joint and spinal health. Sign up for this class if you'd like to improve your mobility and reduce your risk of injury in the process.

About the owners:

Dr. Clinton Lee

Dr. Clinton Lee, PT, DPT is a New York State licensed physical therapist who received his B.S. in Biology from Lehigh University in 2006. He then went on to study at Stony Brook University in New York where he received his clinical Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2010 and proceeded to work in various sports rehabilitation and orthopedic outpatient clinics before launching his private practice in 2014.

Clinton is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, a Level I Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) certified practitioner, a StrongFirst Level I Kettlebell Instructor and a certified Functional Range Conditioning® Mobility Specialist through Functional Anatomy Seminars. Additionally, he is a member of Clinical Athlete, a database of like-minded healthcare practitioners who are well-versed in rehabilitation principles concerning strengthening, conditioning, weightlifting and movements associated with athletic disciplines.

Dr. Jordan Seda

Gaining a deep appreciation for the field of rehabilitation, he went on to graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and Sport Studies from Rutgers University where he also served as the president of the salsa club. After Rutgers, Jordan went on to complete his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Columbia University. During his time at Columbia, Jordan served as the Class Vice President and also played the outside center position for the Columbia Physicians & Surgeons Rugby Football Club. Jordan also completed a series of outpatient, orthopedic-based internships across the country, which further honed his skills in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal and neuromuscular pathologies.

During the course of his career, Jordan has become a board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist (OCS) and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA. He has also taken a number of continuing education courses including (but not limited to) Functional Range Conditioning and Dr. Craig Liebenson’s First Principles of Movement course. Aside from working with patients to achieve their goals through his knowledge of anatomy and sports, Jordan is passionate about pain neuroscience and is actively working to help people better understand that the brain and central nervous system has much to do with injury and recovery.
