Developed for kids ages 6-10.

Yoga camp activities will include a variety of the practices that make up the beautiful living philosophy of Yoga. Together we will explore through cooperative games, stories, crafts and a yoga class that incorporates both "with" and "within" time.

- Developing healthy breathing that help focus the mind and body

- Practicing postures that build, strengthen and improve balance and build confidence

- Improving concentration

- Enjoying guided relaxation practice
