We are happy to announce our once a month GALA's open to all Kids.
Our Dance Galas will be like a prom every month for ages 6 to 17.
*Suits and Dresses are Required | Your Style Totally.

*Entrance is $9.00 for 1 Royal Ticket or $17.00 for 2 Royal Partner Tickets.

There will be prizes for:
Best Dressed and Best Dancers
From three age groups:
Juniors 6-10
Tweens 11-13
Seniors 14-17

Plus ALL Winners will be entered into our Winter Royalty Contest for the Brier Creek Dance Salon Winter Royal Gala Parade at Christmas time.

Information on the BRIER CREEK DANCE SALON SUMMER 2017 GALAs

Q: What is this event?

A: The Summer Galas is the Kids Only premier event of the Brier Creek Dance Salon. This year’s summer events promises to be spectacular! We will have kid friendly food, music, a beautiful and safe dance venue, fun themes, as well as great entertainment!

Q: What is the purpose of this event?

A: To raise kids awareness and confidence level of their own inner beauty and talents. Our mission for these Gala's are for kids to share glamour, style and fun while making friends with kids within their community, and raise funds to sustain both existing/new workshops and projects to keep kids active.

Q: What is the venue like?

A: The Brier Creek Dance Salon is located conveniently across from Angus Barn and near the Brier Creek Mall. This community is conveniently located at the I540/70 intersection in Raleigh. Parent guests will spend the evening in our comfortable reception area with free WIFI; the kids will spend the evening in a cool elegantly decorated and beautifully transformed dance space.

Q: Where do I park and are there parking fees?

A: There is ample onsite parking and it is free to guests. There is also additional parking in back of the building with a back door entrance if needed.

Q: What is the theme of this event and what should I wear?

A: This summer’s theme is ‘Royal Gala.’ Be sure to don your young gentleman's and young ladies royal inspired fashion and style garb, complete with crowns, jewels and frills if you like. We encourage you to kick off your shoes when its time for several dance and fashion contests.

Q: What does my ticket include?

A: Your ticket includes admission to the event, pizza, beverage, dancing (a variety of clean music provided - appropriate for all ages), contest entry, one raffle ticket, opportunity to bid on silent auction items, and much more.

Q: Can I sit with my group at this event?

A: You may select your seats when you arrive based on availability at the time. If you would like to be seated with your group, either purchase the tickets for the group and make a note when ordering, or arrive together for seating. Each table sits 4 or 6-8.

Q: I missed the deadline to purchase tickets, can I still buy?

A: Yes please reserve your ticket online with or without payment anytime, pay at our site or at the door. Seating at the same table with your friends may be limited.

Q: Can I pay for my tickets at the door?

A: Yes. Seating at the same table with your friends may be limited.

Q: I am attending the gala, but I have dietary restrictions or requests, what do I do?

A: The same meal is served at all of our events. Several types of pizza and water or juice, ordered from an outside restaurant. Sodas will not be available. Please eat before arriving if you are not able to eat pizzas or any ingredients contained.

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: Unfortunately, we are unable to do refunds. But you are invited to attend any of the following months Galas. Please send us your make-up request on any of the feedback forms located at the bottom of each page of our website. All make-ups will be honored for your date request if the Gala is being held that month, if not held, simply choose another month on the calendar.

Q: Who may attend this event?

A: This event is for Kids 6-17 who love to dress up or just dance, members and non-members who wish to show their dance moves, meet new friends, show off their glamour and personal style.

Q: Can I bring my other children to the gala?

A: This event is organized with kids 6-17 in mind. Safety of all our guests is a priority. Therefore, we recommend making alternate arrangements for your children under 6. However, for younger children (5 years and under) may come with parents to the event but must remain under parental supervision within the reception area at all times. Also, they will need to pay for food or drinks if needed during their visit. The Brier Creek Mall is within 5 minutes of the event.

Q: Will there be childcare services at the venue?

A: We regret to inform you that we will not be providing child care services.

Q: What is the check-in process at the event?

A: Since tickets are prepaid or accepted electronically at the door and waivers can be done online, then check-in should be a breeze. Just present your name or e-tickets receipt at the check-in desk and parents can sign the waivers at drop off if not completed online. There will be no issue with locating an open table when you arrive.

Q: What if I lose or forget my ticket?

A: The check-in desk will have the guest list, so you may still check in hassle-free with the first and last name of registration.

Q: Is there a place to put my coat?

A: Yes, a coat or bag check-in will be available free of charge.

Q: I understand the tickets are just to cover the event expenses, how then can I help the organization raise funds?

A: BCDS Kids Royal Galas would not exist or be able to carry out this kid friendly mission without your support. Here are some ways that you can help our dance studio provide weekly Kids Dance and Workshops or monthly Royal Gala access to veteran families and other organizations such as non-profit staff, hospitals, disability centers and churches:
