Kids of Vision Day Trip

On Saturday, February 13 the Children's ministry will be taking a day trip up to the Everlasting Nation Museum in Hixson,Tennessee! We will receive a private tour upon arriving and will get to learn about: The Passover, The Temple, The Jewish Wedding and the Rebirth of Israel. Another meaningful exhibit will be the Holocaust Memorial with a special focus on the rescue efforts of the Corrie ten Boom family and the Hiding Place.

After the Museum we will grab lunch and walk to Coolidge Park across the Walnut Street Bridge. Once we get there we will have a quick Bible lesson and play a quick game of frisbee! After that we’ll load up on the van and head back. $10 is the cost per child and that will cover the trip, breakfast, and lunch.

Schedule and Itinerary

-Leaving from Vision @7:30 am

-We will pick up a Chick-fil-a breakfast on the way.

-Arrive at Everlasting Nation Museum at @10am -Tour will be approximately 45mins

-Load up Van and get lunch from Ihop @11pm

-Arrive at Walnut Street Bridge @12:15pm

-Walk Bridge and Park time @12:25

-1:30pm -Load Van and Head back to Vision @1:45pm

-Arrive back at Vision @3:45pm
