Maybe you’ve heard of brown rice and whole wheat pasta but how about amaranth, farro, and bulgur? Join the Keene State College dietetic interns as they take you on a sensory exploration of these ancient grain varieties and more. Kids and families will have a chance to prepare and dishes featuring whole grains and learn how to easily and affordably incorporate them into meal time at home.
