6 weeks / Ages 5 - 10. Young artists will learn to use line, shape, form, texture, and space to make two dimensions come alive with the fundamentals of drawing and sketching. Drawing assignments may include still lifes, landscapes, cityscapes and portraits, and students to work in pencil, colored pencil, felt-tip marker and charcoal. This course is ideal for students who want to discover the joy and satisfaction of drawing.
