Kids Culinary Camp (Foundations Week #6)

Little chefs will learn the fundamentals of the culinary arts, including basic cooking techniques, knife skills, baking, sauces and much more. In each class, students learn to plan and execute recipes that include an appetizer, main dishes and desserts. At the completion of each class, students come together to enjoy their creations. Our chef instructors are classically trained and have many years experience teaching this program.
WHO MAY ATTEND
Children 8 through 14 who are interested in exploring the culinary arts. Includes chef's hat, apron and recipes to take home.
Smaller class size means greater opportunity to interact. No more than 16 children per class. Campers will work in groups to prepare multiple recipes each day.
Monday through Friday - 9:00am to 1:00pm
