Description

Join our team and Red Mountain Makers for a workshop to learn how to use Wearable Technology to make a costume for Halloween. This class is for students who are 11 and up or in 6th grade and higher. All students will make the same project, but after the workshop is over, students can use their new found knowledge to build their own creations. Students will learn how to add LED lights to clothing, program the light, create a basic circuit and find resources to continue learning more about Wearable Technology.

Students will need to bring a laptop (PC or Mac) with them to this workshop. All supplies will be included in the price of the workshop. Cost is $25 ($22.63 + $2.38 the ticketing fee). Please contact christina@techbirmingham.com with any questions.
