Kids Can Work It Out
After the successful Math is Fun event with Houghton Mifflin Harcourt (a sold out event on a Saturday), and the Physics of Roller Coaster with Six Flags on location (even typing that out is fun) we have decided we may have been neglecting another part of the body. We at Dads Do Good believe that a healthy mind needs to live in a healthy body.
How fabulous is it that we are partnering with the amazing folks at BOKS? We feel proud to be working with this amazing organization who is just as passionate as we are about kids. I know, I know, you want details right? Well here it is:
Who is BOKS?
BOKS is an initiative of The Reebok Foundation and an important part of Reebok's mission to "Empower People to Be Fit For Life". Reebok recognizes the profoundly positive impact that fitness can have on everyone, and is working towards ensuring that future generations are healthy and fit. BOKS is a key initiative to help make this mission a reality.
What is the event?
Parents and children will be engaged in moderate to vigorous physical activity for 30-45 minutes. Trainers and coaches will be sharing their thoughts about the impact of physical activity on kids' performance in the classroom and health issues. Please NOTE: this is not a drop-off event. We believe in parent participation at all our events.
Through physical activities, including games and learning about nutrition, kids complete the lesson program under the guidance of the Reebok trainers. Breaking out in teams teaches kids to support one another in sports.Whether your kid is a avid athlete or just foraying into the field, you will find the pace to suit you.
When is the event?
Sunday Oct 14, 2-4pm
Where is the event?

Is this a Dad only event?
No, just like any Dads Do Good event, moms/aunts/unlces/grandma/neighbor or anyone is invited with the child. We believe in a cohesive playful learning.

Reebok has been kind enough to keep their Employee Concept Store open from 12-5 for this event (which is NOT open to the public) and allow you shop. We are really excited about this as staff is manning the store just for us.
