In this live workshop, you can expect to learn:

- What may trigger anxiety and how to recognize it
- How to prevent anxiety and teach your kids coping skills

Our Workshop Host: Meet Dr. Kelly Fradin
A graduate of Harvard College and Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons, Dr. Kelly Fradin is a pediatrician and mother of two from NYC. Her career has focused on children with chronic medical conditions and school health. As an advocate for children, she wrote Parenting in a Pandemic: How to help your family through COVID-19 which provided calm, realistic, and evidence-based advice to thousands of families during this stressful time.
