Sandi Rechenmacher, (Simply Nutritious) nutritional consultant and educator, has been working in her community for the past 40 years, helping people learn the virtues of strengtheningone's immune system in creating pain-free, joyful, 'Quality Living.'
Besides her position as a Saladmaster chef, Sandi is a certified Food For Life instructor who extols the principles set out by the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM*) that finds health-promoting merit in its nutrition-science-based approach.
Simply Nutritious programs (Food for Life based) feature optimal wellness education to include: digestive health, brain health (aging gracefully), successful weight-loss, cancer and diabetes prevention & reversal instruction, nutrition-science essentials (and more) through whole foods, plant-based eating.
