The Food for Life Kickstart Your Health classes offer a chance to discover which foods are optimal for weight management, learn about various health topics including blood pressure and digestion, and get empowered with the practical cooking skills needed to help you on your journey to better health. In the classes, attendees do all of this while enjoying a cooking demonstration and tasting delicious, healthful dishes in a supportive group setting. Get access to recipes, shopping lists, meal plans and more, 21-Day Weight Loss Kickstart will give you the push you need toward a healthier lifestyle.

Ayla Sarnoff is a registered yoga teacher, health educator, and certified Food for Life Instructor through the Cancer Project. The Cancer Project is a non-profit organization advancing cancer prevention and survival through good nutrition education, healthy eating habits, and clinical research. The Cancer Project is the only non-profit orgainzation in the country that provides hands-on nutrition classes, helping cancer survivors and their families learn new tastes and easy food preparation skills.
