On the 29th September 2016 we will be hosting a charity football match, the #KickCancerCup to raise money for Addenbrooke’s Charitable Trust, Oncology Day Unit.
This charity is very close to our hearts as our Captain, Samantha Isaacson, who is 26 years old was diagnosed with advanced bowel cancel in March 2015. Having played football for longer than she can remember and coaching both girls and women locally, Sam is well-known within women’s football in Cambridgeshire.
Hearing the words ‘You have Cancer’ Samantha decided to fight back and Kick Cancer and raise money to support the lifesaving treatment that the team at the Oncology Unit provide to people battling against cancer. We are aiming to make the #KickCancerCup an annual event.
By giving to this event you'll be supporting Addenbrooke’s Charitable Trust and helping us provide assistance to those in our community like Samantha who are battling against cancer.
