Have you ever made some amazing New Years resolutions, but come the second week in January you are already flagging? You already have been challenged over and over to make a healthy decision and you are starting to find it harder and harder to make the right choices for you and your health goals?

Don't worry, I'VE GOT YOU.

Join me on a 6 week program to get your health goals fixed, create the mindset to keep you motivated and the support and accountability to make sure you stay on track.

Week 1 - Health Goals and Stepping Stones

We dig deep and find out what your big health goals ARE and WHY. We then create stepping stones for you to reach during the program that get you to where you want to be at the end of the 6 weeks.

Week 2 - Healthy Mind equals Healthy Body

If you want to achieve anything in life you have to believe that youi can do it. We spend week 2 talking about how to create the right mental attitude that will give you the strength and endurance to keep going.

Week 3 - Gut Feeling

We delve into some of the basic health issues affecting everything from weight loss to anxiety and brain fog, as well as digestive complaints, skin issues and food allergies: gut health.

We also check in to see how everyone is doing and to see if there are any struggles to hit your individual stepping stones.

Week 4 - Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy

Making consistent health decisions that are in line with your health goals is the key to keeping your health on track. In Week 4 I show you how to make consistent decisions that allow you to avoid binge eating, feelings of guilt and shame around your choice and how to be empowered to say no and yes to the things that really serve you and your health.

Week 5 - Keep Calm and Carry On

This week we look at the triggers that make our health worse. Whether this is stress, food sensitivities, realtionships, family, lack of sleep, juggling too many things at work and at home. Whatever is disrupting your mental and physiological calm, we will look at different ways that these can be managed and reduced.

Week 6 - Ain't No Stopping Us Now

Recapping on our overall goals, the stepping stones we created to help us get there and where we are actually at. Identifying any additional support or resources that are needed and outlining the next steps for your health journey.

BONUS - included in the program is a 1 hour one to one health coaching discovery call with me to allow us to go into your health journey in much more depth and solidify the actions that your are taking to take ownership of your own health journey.
