Tracy Waddacor (left), Managing Director of World Class Service has over 25 years’ experience in various business sectors and has a passion for the delivery of excellent customer service. Tracy has worked with Hilton International, 5-star privately owned hotels and high-end commercial property asset management/landlords; responsible for every aspect of customer service excellence to customers.
Tracy has been a judge for the Manchester Tourism Awards, hosted and judged the Manchester Hoteliers Awards, Liverpool Hoteliers Awards and was a judge at the National CX Awards (Customer Experience) held in London.
Melanie Cash (right), Sales and Marketing Specialist Consultant has worked in the hospitality industry in key sales roles for over 20 years and now offers support to businesses both large and small as a consultant and trainer. Her experience working with leading brands including Marriott, Hilton, The Grove, The Belfry and Rocco Forte to name just a few, has provided the firm foundation to enable her to offer a variety of Sales, Marketing, Leadership training and development support to other organisations. Specialist areas include Consultative Selling, Account Management, Negotiation, Sales Leadership and Food and Beverage Upselling.
