Kick Fit is not your typical kickboxing workout program. We teach you the strikes with proper technique--it's quality over quantity. Attendees at this seminar will learn all of the techniques we use in our lunchtime Kick Fit fitness classes, such as: straight punches, hooks, uppercuts, elbows, knees, front kicks, side kicks, etc.
Appropriate attire is: active wear and tennis shoes or barefeet or socks.
Open to males and females, ages 13 and older.
Attendance is free, but space is limited.
