Khirbet el-Maqatir & A Journey through Biblical History

In January of 2017 the University of Pikeville opened "Khirbet el-Maqatir & a Journey through Biblical History." This walk-through exhibit will feature over 250 artifacts from the world of the Bible. Of particular interest will be artifacts from the site of Khirbet el-Maqatir - the likely location of Ai mentioned in the book of Joshua and the possible site of Ephraim of the book of John.
PLEASE BE AWARE - exhibit hours for Fridays are only 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and on Saturdays are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (closed for lunch). This tickets grants admission for one person for the date listed. Tickets can only be used for their listed date.
You must print out and bring a copy of your eventbrite ticket to the exhibit in order to be admitted.
