On August 1 & 2, 2020 – Keystone, CO combines the Appalachian bluegrass music tradition with Colorado mountain town vibes in a whirlwind of string bands, craft beer pours, mountain merch and inspired melt-in-your-mouth morsels.

Come for the smooth sips from more than 40 craft breweries at the longest running beer festival in the state. Stay for the two-day bluegrass lineup as the “best of the best” grace three stages with free live music all weekend from Wood Belly, Sierra Hull, The Brothers Comatose, Della Mae and more! Non-beer drinkers will appreciate a la carte drinks at the bar, and the little ones will find mountain-style entertainment at the Kidtopia Kidzone so you don’t have to leave a single crew member behind! Keystone’s 24th Annual Bluegrass and Beer Festival is an immersive experience where beer and bluegrass fans will find community among good music and a shared loved of simple mountain pleasures!

Friday Night Kick Off Event - “Eat, Drink, Pick” - Beer Maker’s Dinner with New Belgium Brewing

Warren Station Center for the Arts - Doors open at 7:30pm

Feast your eyes on an amazing lineup of Colorado-themed food, beer and music to kick-off Keystone’s Bluegrass and Beer Festival! New Belgium Brewing and Chef Chris Elliot from All Love Catering pair to deliver a unique twist on a classic beer maker’s event. Eat, drink and pick your way through small plate stations, each matched with a New Belgium sample. Foodies and beer lovers; your palate will thank you while your feet will be tapping to the best in Colorado Bluegrass from Timber! New Belgium Beer Makers and Chef Elliot will share more about the menu design, flavor profiles and education on the brewery and the showcased brews.

FAQs

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

The festival is FREE to enter for all ages. Guests who are interested in purchasing a glass to partake in the beer tasting MUST be 21 years or older. ID's will be checked at the entrance to Main Sales so have your ID with you and ready to show.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

For all guests not staying at the resort, you may park in the FREE River Run Lot. Guests of the resort will have access to underground parking if staying in River Run. There will be shuttle service throughout the resort, however schedules may be limited during the summer. To get more information on the In Resort Shuttle visit www.keystoneresort.com or call 970.496.4200. For those not staying in Keystone, the Summit Stage is a free bus service for Summit County. To get more information on bus schedules and stops visit www.co.summit.co.us or call 970.668.0999.

What can/can't I bring to the event?

We ask that you leave the following at home: coolers, outside alcohol, pets, firearms.

No

Can I update my registration information?

Yes

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

It is helpful, but you can also check in with your mobile device or under your name with a valid ID. We ask that all members of the party be present at check-in so that we may check ID's to insure the individuals are 21 and over who receive the tasting mug. Tickets will not be issued to those individuals who are not present, you will need to come back with those guests to check them in so they can obtain their wristband and tasting glass.

What is the refund policy?

No refunds. This is a rain or shine event.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

Yes, you will only be asked to show your ID if you do not have either a printable ticket or mobile ticket. We do not match each ticket shown to an ID. We do ask that if you will be checking in with an ID and were the sole purchaser for your groups tickets, that you have your entire party with at check-in.

Can I bring my dog to the festival?

No sorry. Due to the crowd size and outdoor food booths we ask you leave your pets at home.
