Join us at Light Sleeper on Monday, December 15th, for a one-night tasting menu shaped by the flavors that raised me, the time I spent cooking in Vietnam, and the people and ingredients that have grounded me in the Pacific Northwest. The dinner moves through those moments — childhood brightness, lessons from Vietnam, and the foods that feel like home to me now.

Many dishes will be cooked over Thaan charcoal, where it naturally fits the food. The menu is seven courses that move from bright to rich to warm, ending with two desserts — one refreshing, one comforting.

The goal is simple: to cook the flavors that shaped me and offer them with warmth.

Two seatings only: 5:30 PM & 8:30 PM
