Description

This half-day workshop is for those who are new to kettlebells and would like to learn how to use them...
Or for those who would like to sharpen their kettlebell techniques.
Lead by StrongFirst qualified instructors - the most in-depth kettlebell school in the world!

This workshop is created to teach you the fundamentals of kettelbell training - the essential skills, techniques and training principles.

5 hours, a maximum of 4 students and 2 instructors.
Swing, Squat, Turkish Get Up, Military Press
Personal-training level (or even more than that) focus and attention.

At the end of the day you should leave knowing how to train with kettlebells safely and effectively.

One place is taken.

Saturday 8AM-1PM. 5 hours of info blast.
This is going to be pretty intensive learning!
