Ready for a quick way to get into shape?

The kettlebell swing is one of the best ways to melt fat, build muscle, and get toned.
Not only that, but the swing can help you run faster, jump higher, and lift more.
To get all the benefits, you need to know how to swing correctly.
Come to this 3 hour workshop, and learn the basics of the 2-handed kettlebell swing.

The workshop features:

1. How to set up for the swing.
2. When to put effort into the swing and when to use your hips.
3. Progressions and regressions to get the most from the swing.
4. How to swing explosively, and how to swing for endurance.
5. How to include the swing in your program.
6. Complete the swing test at the end, and get a certificate of completion.
Course cost is $60, and places are strictly limited to 6 people.

This course is presented by Brett Neasham, a Masters-qualified strength and conditioning coach, and Ryan Fernando, a competitor in the kettlebell sport.
