Description

When it comes to fat loss and athletic performance, there's no better individual piece of equipment to employ than a kettlebell. If you've never used a kettlebell before or have just swung it around here and there, now is your chance to hone your skills with a certified kettlebell instructor.

Learn and refine the kettlebell swing, goblet squat and Turkish Get-Up in the hardstyle method, which helps unlock hidden strength reserves through breathing, tension and mobility techniques.

Attend the workshop and leave with these major advantages:
  • How to competently perform the three foundational kettlebell exercises (the Swing, the Goblet Squat, and the Get-Up).

Your instructor, Thomas LaFera, is a coach and personal trainer in the Hudson Valley and NYC, as well as an RKC Kettlebell Coach since 2010. In the 1990’s, Tom was a semi-pro mountain bike racer, cross-country ski coach and general endurance athlete. Age and curiosity put him on the road to explore physical culture more completely and kettlebells were one of the tools most useful in this continuing exploration.
