Let's face it. Along with the holiday jingle comes the holiday jiggle! And we do it every year, indulge while celebrating with family, community, or simple self pleasure eating/drinking while out shopping or at home cooking.

I'm here to tell you that there is a way to indulge in delicious yumminess this holiday and bypass the extra jiggle in your holiday jingle jangle.

In this 30-40 min presentation you're going to learn how and why to avoid high sugar food and treats and replace them with high quality fats in meal and dessert recipes that will satisfy your sweet tooth and give you sustained energy throughout your day. You will not be disappointed, in fact, I'll bring samples of the recipes I'm going to share with you.

You will also learn how and why fasting is the quickest and most efficient method for losing fat and inflammation. I will show you how you can incorporate fasting into your weekly or monthly food/non-food planning.

Finally an optional 18hr, 24hr, 36+hr, 3-5 day fast to put your body into fat burning mode going into the holiday, and of course, coming out of the holiday and into the New Year! This IS the most efficient way to prepare you for your 2019 goals and still fully enjoy the holiday!
