About this event

Spend a perfect weekend to destress and replenish your energy with a one-hour nourishing yoga/fitness class and a specially designed nutritious breakfast at the beautiful lounge of Kerry Hotel. Each participant will receive a Sweaty Betty Sweat Towel and a HK$500 shopping voucher.

Yoga/Fitness Session: 10 am – 11 am

Breakfast Club: 11 am - 12:30 pm

Meeting Point: 1/F Lobby Lounge, Kerry Hotel Hong Kong / Outdoor Venue subject to availability

Ticket: $400 including 1-yoga/fitness session & a breakfast set from the a la carte menu* at Lobby Lounge.

About The Instructors:

Joyce C

Deborah Lee

Deborah is an enthusiastic runner and has participated in numerous running races around the world. Her yoga journey started in 2010, she fell in love with yoga and found that it complimented with running very well.

She became a full time Antigravity instructor in 2016. She then enriched herself with several workout principles in the past few years and became a certified RYT500 yoga teacher, Polestar Mat Pilates teacher and a barre instructor.

Ida Hui

A motivated yoga teacher with Yoga RYT 200 & barre intensive certification. Ida started her own yoga journey due to health problems in 2017. She believes that it is the best way to focus, learn to listen to your mind & body. " We are powerful when the heart is healing " resonates with her and can be experienced in her vinyasa & power yoga class. She aims to empower women to keep challenging themselves to achieve new goals, accept and feel the beauty of self-confidence in everything they are and everything they do.

Selena Tse

Founder of Omoon Yoga . My yoga journey start with pursuing balance of life. Balance in power and flexibility, work and life. Yoga reconnect with my body through my own rhythm of movement & breath. The passion of running a studio blossomed in 2019 after a trip to Amazon forest where I found the power of inner peace. I hope to bring the relaxing moment and awareness to students.

2. Any unattended classes are non-refundable.

2. Kerry Hotel reserves the right to cancel the class due to not meeting the minimum sign up rates. or if external factors might endanger participant safety (including but not limited to health and bad weather related factors).

3. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class starts. We will endeavour to start at the time advertised.
