Each generation brings a unique worldview and strongly held beliefs of what "normal” should look like in the workplace. These perspectives create expectations, habits and motivational buttons that often conflict with those of other generations. Dan Silvert, Keynote Speaker and President of Velocity Advisory Group, will provide a revealing and entertaining look at why each generation has the perspective they do. Dan will present a range of options for avoiding the most common disruptive issues that arise as well as proven strategies for transforming a multigenerational team into a diversity of strengths.
