Description

Learn to make your own fermented dairy products at home in this hands on workshop with PRESERVED owner Elizabeth Vecchiarelli. We will learn the history, nutritive value and demonstrate the simple techniques of milk kefir and yogurt making. There will be tastings, and students will recieve in-depth recipe guides and a small jar of kefir to take home.
