Guaranteed to "Keep A Kid Smilin", KAKS will keep the children overnight while the adults celebrate New Years Eve ALL night long.
Providing a safe environment with trustworthy staff, children will participate in different age appropriate programs, activities and play; while enjoying delicious healthy and not so healthy snacks and breakfast.
Advance pre-registration is required online only. No tickets will be sold in person or at the door.
Doors open at 8 p.m. and lock at 9 p.m. sharp. Doors will not re-open until 10 a.m. in the morning on January 1, 2017.
Parents/guardians pre-selected via registration must arrive on time. Late fee will be assessed at $5.00 per 5 minutes or portion of every 5 minutes. Cash payments for late pick ups are payable upon arrival.
Parents/guardians grant KAKS permission on the dates of this event to obtain pictures and videos of their children participating in the 2016-2017 Annual Kids Night Inn Sleepover for future marketing, entertainment, recreational and educational purposes.
All fees are non-refundable.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
This Sleepover is for children ages 2 - 8 years of age. Persons dropping off and picking up children must be at least 21 years of age unless the parent of the child registered. A photo ID is required.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
What you can bring:
Children wear pajamas under sweat pants. Clothing is to be layered. An extra set of clothing, underwear and pajamas for emergency changing should an accident occur. Bedroom shoes or socks. Sleeping bag or bedroll/blanket & pillow. All items are to be labeled with the name of the child and placed in a large trashbag with the name of the child, their parents name and phone number taped securely onto the heavy duty trashbag.
Bring ticket and registration form to event.
What you cannot bring:
Adults dropping off children are not to have alcohol, drugs, firearms or other dangerous items in or on their possession. Same is required when picking up the children the following morning.
Children are not to bring personal toys, games or food etc to the event. KAKS is not responsible for any personal items lost, stolen or broken.
Medication will not be administered at any time during the event. If the child is found to be ill, the parent will be notified asap and will be expected to pick the child up immediately.
We ask that any child experiencing an illness or under the care of a doctor be excluded from participating.
Any child not previously registered in advance will not be admitted to the event.
