About this event
Cultural Humility is “a lifelong process of self-reflection and self-critique whereby the individual not only learns about another’s culture, but one starts with an examination of her/his own beliefs and cultural identities.” ~National Institutes of Health
Our approach to DEI work comes from a background in Cultural Humility and, like all of our work, comes from a Black, Queer and Afrocentric lens.
Our bi-weekly community conversations are designed for our individual members as well as our partnership organizations. While many participants have already taken workshops or classes with us, please feel free to drop-in or join us for the series.
Membership is included in the registration cost.
