The Retreat Life

In our opinion, the retreat life is the best life ◡̈. Justice recently moved to the island of Kauai, and if you've seen any pictures or videos from her...it was only a matter of time before we followed her out there.

We will share a sample retreat itinerary below, but this is what you receive:

A beautiful home central to walking to the beach, shops, restaurants, and more

Daily brunch, snacks, coffee, tea, and family-style dinners are provided

An amazing yin training and experience throughout our time

50-hour Yin Yoga Certification (optional Yoga Alliance continuing education hours are available to you as well)

Yin Yoga Training

We are thrilled to offer an extended version of our yin yoga training. Kauai is already tapping into the yin energy, and in a relaxed format over our days together we will offer daily workshops and classes to further immerse you into the beauty and power of Yin! Our Home Away From Home

We are headed to the town of Princeville on the North Shore of Kauai to a home named Albatross Ocean Bluff, named so because the albatross use the back lawn for take-off and landing! Your home for the weekend is a beautiful and comfortable ocean-view home with a 5 minute hike to a secluded beach that is perfect for swimming and snorkeling. A few minutes walk from shopping and restaurants, yet tucked on a quiet street. You can wander the town, or hang out in the homes outdoor spaces, relax in the jacuzzi, or read in the lanai...the choice is yours. This is your retreat, after all ◡̈.

You have a choice of a shared room (we can pair you with a roommate, or bring a friend), or a private room! Bathrooms are shared (2-3 people per bathroom), and 1 common space bathroom. Details below.

Sample Day Itinerary

6:30am Morning tea/coffee/cacao/hugs

7:30am Morning meditation and ocean dip

9am Movement (slow flow, kundalini, yin/yang...a variety!)

11am Yummy plant-based brunch

Afternoon free time OR workshop

Snacks and munchies

5pm Evening experiential workshop and yin class

7pm Family-style plant-based dinner

Evening hang, jacuzzi, and chill time

Private Room (1 bed): $3300 (regular price)

Shared Room (2 beds): $2800 (regular price)

What is Included?

5 nights, 4 full days at a beautiful ocean-view home on the north shore of Kauai

Daily brunch, dinner, and snacks (including the evening of the 20th and morning of 25th)

2 daily movement classes

Opportunity for a group airport pick-up (arrive at 3pm or earlier to get a ride with us)

Are you in?!?!

A $500 non-refundable deposit is required, and once that is paid we will secure your room and send you a confirmation email. Payment through credit card or PayPal will incur a $15 service charge on your deposit, other forms of payment (Venmo, Zelle, Check, etc) will not. Payment plan options are available, and the full payment needs to be completed by June 15, 2023.
