Kathleen Booker will guide you through a Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) session.

Breathwork is a powerful tool to help you easily release stress, pain, anxiety and worry - creating a life of peace, relaxation, and better relationships. CCB is consciously connecting your inhale to your exhale with no pause in between to decrease the cortisol levels in your body and increase good feeling endorphins. You will learn Breathwork techniques that will empower your overall wellness, create clarity and courage, decrease blood pressure levels, release stress, and increase energy levels.

Kathleen Booker, Breathing Technician Kathleen is the Jedi of Calm. She is passionate about the Breath and knows first-hand the energy, healing, peace and joy it creates in one's life! She transforms lives with her approach to teaching Breathwork. Her power-fully energetic and compassionate presence creates an environment where participants feel safe, secure and supported. She has taught others how to improve their self-image at home and work, uncover/unleash inner potential, increase energy, and develop leadership skills.
