Kathi Rolls are multilayered handmade breads filled with various fillings - traditionally it is filled with beef. It is an Indian favorite and is fast becoming a Bay Area favorite. Now you can learn to make your own Kathi Rolls! The breads are delicious all on their own, but there’s no stopping them with some delicious fillings in them.
We’ll be making the bread from whole wheat flour (yes, healthy indeed) and cook lean beef, chicken, and paneer (milk cheese) to their fullest deliciousness. At the very end, we’ll get creative making our own kathi rolls with our choice of main filling and a number of accompanying fillings.
