Open to dancers with at least two years’ training, any age, this 2-hour workshop offers hands-on guidance in technique, rhythm, and expressive storytelling. Immerse yourself in the intricate footwork, graceful spins, and emotive gestures that make Kathak unique, and gain insight into the rich cultural tradition behind this classical dance form. Sanjukta Sinha will also perform her acclaimed production Dancing the Divine on 23 October 2025 at The Unity Theatre, Liverpool, as part of the Indika Festival — an unforgettable experience that brings her artistry to life on stage.
