Description

Love cooking? Or better yet, love eating? November is Convent Pride month and the St. Joseph's Convent POS Past Pupils' Association has arranged three incredible hands-on culinary classes, hosted in the fabulous state-of-the-art Fanatic Kitchen Studio! Our SJC chefs will guide participants through the execution of an indulgent feast. Sprinkle some ole talk, a dash of nostalgia and a hefty portion of laughter…food for the soul indeed.

Cooks will gather around a family table at the end to share the meal and delightful conversation with new and old friends.

20th November, 6-9pm | Kashmiri Nights - Traditional cuisine from the Kashmir Valley of Pakistan

Starter: Chicken Pakora- Boneless chicken in a crunchy chickpea flour batter packed with the flavours of coriander and masala
