Make Salad the Star!
Based on Robyn Openshaw's 12 Steps to Whole Foods program, and utilizing doTERRA Essential Oils, learn and see how to make healthy salads and delicious salad dressings. We'll discuss the importance of getting raw enzymes into your diet, and using whole ingredients in recipes. You'll never want to go back to commericial dressings after tasting one of these homemade creations that are actually good for you.
And don't forget the toppings. Let's talk about chia seed, hemp seed, goji berries, nuts and seeds, sprouted flax, and other nutritional toppers.
Tonight, let dinner be on us! We'll make 2 salads with homemade dressing and raw "zucchini pasta"/pasta sauce.
