The North American operations of Kannegiesser are based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area in Grand Prairie, TX. This is our corporate headquarters for our support staff to include our laundry designers, technical service and parts. We have factory trained technicians regionally located across the US and Canada. With every new equipment purchase we provide comprehensive training. The training covers safety procedures, maintenance, programming, production techniques, preventative maintenance procedures and orientation to equipment manuals and terminology.
A Kannegiesser service technician is available by telephone during business hours (8am-5pm central time) Monday through Friday via our toll free number: 800-344-0403. After 5pm central time and weekends / holidays, technicians are available via our after-hours emergency number: 972.602.8771. Telephone support is available free of charge with all Kannegiesser equipment purchases.
Our technical support also includes in-house bench testing for a variety of electronic components. This test bench is used for training customers as well as technicians, loading of software for the customer’s CPUs and operator panels, testing both software and hardware, and troubleshooting issues for customers.
Additional support is available through customized yearly service contracts. Our contracts include regular visits by factory trained technicians, preventative maintenance check-ups, additional on-site customer training. With a valid service contract, customers also receive reduced labor rates for emergency or scheduled repairs, and substantial spare parts discounts.
Emergency After-Hours Phone Support is available after 5pm central time and weekends / holidays at 972.602.8771. This service is available free of charge with every equipment purchase.
