Description

How do I get started with Kanban?

How do I improve the Kanban system I have now?

These questions and more are addressed in KMP I, the first of two classes on your journey to becoming a certified Kanban Management Professional !

In this class, you will first enhance your understanding of Kanban through a fun, hands-on simulation. You will then explore the Kanban Method’s proven STATIK approach that provides the insights necessary to understand and design your Kanban system so that it delivers improving value to the delight of your customers. This 2-day class is certified by Lean Kanban University.

Who should Attend?

The class is intended for business and technology managers, developers, and anyone else wanting to understand and apply the fundamentals of the Kanban Method.
