Description

This combined Kanban Management Professional Certification package is a great value for anyone interested in attaining the full Kanban Management Professional (KMP) certification. It includes both the KMP I System Design and KMP II Cadences and Improved Flow classes together at a discounted price. It also occurs in 4 consecutive days.

In the first two days of your KMP I Kanban System Design class, you will enhance your understanding of Kanban through a fun, hands-on simulation. You will then explore the Kanban Method’s proven STATIK approach that provides the insights necessary to understand and design your Kanban system so that it delivers improving value to the delight of your customers.

During the second two days of your KMP II Cadences and Improved Flow class, you are introduced to the rollout and daily operation of a Kanban system. You will consider what type of Kanban initiative is most appropriate for your organization and how to manage and evolve those changes over time and without trauma. You will learn how to improve agility with asymmetrical commitment and cadences. The class also covers recommended meetings, handling metrics, flow optimization and setting policy.

Both these classes are certified by Lean Kanban University.

Who should Attend?

The combined class is appropriate for business and technology managers, developers, and anyone else wanting to understand and apply the fundamentals of the Kanban Method - along with anyone having prior experience using Kanban, and/or those who have consulting clients who use Kanban.
