Event description

What is the best way to manage my Kanban system on a day to day basis?

How do I continue to improve my services and flow to customers even more?

This Kanban Management Professional class focuses on the rollout and daily operation of a Kanban system and builds on what you learned in Kanban System Design (KMP I). You will consider what type of Kanban initiative is most appropriate for your organization and how to manage and evolve those changes over time and without trauma. You will learn how to improve agility with asymmetrical commitment and cadences. The class also covers recommended meetings, handling metrics, flow optimization and setting policy. This 2-day class is certified by Lean Kanban University.
