In honor of mental health and prison reform champion, Kalief Browder, The Kalief Browder Foundation, a 501(C)(3) not-for-profit corporation, furthers his legacy, vision and mission by helping others in the struggle for justice. Kalief longed to simply be a 'normal' person and this inspired him to help others who felt stigmatized as a result of trauma in their own lives.

While Kalief's dreams of becoming an entrepreneur were cut short, his brother Akeem Browder, works to ensure his legacy lives on through many. Special thanks to all that came together and gave their hearts and souls to produce the film "Time: The Kalief Browder Story" (Jenner Furst, Julia Willoughby, Nick Sandow, Mike Gasparo, Sean (Jay Z) Carter, Harvey Weinstein, David Glasser, David Schwarz, Kelly Hires, Donnell E. Smith. Along with the staff at Cinemart, Roc Nation, The Weinstein Company and Spike T.V.
