Our Internet/BDC Digital Success Training Micro Workshop will teach you the essential elements your dealership will need to achieve immediate and long-term success with the Automotive Internet. The Focus will be on Proven Processes & Tactics.
We limit attendance to 15 (hence the term micro) so you have the right amount of group interaction and individual focus to achieve success. This workshop will provide you with proven practices that will boost your performance today and allow you to make 2017 your best year yet!

The 3 Day Personal Push - during the most critical follow-up sequence, it is critical that you communicate on a very focused and personal level with your prospects. By understanding the right communication sequence you'll find better engagement with your clients by "Selling the Reply - Selling the Call - Selling the Visit and then Selling the Car. We'll teach you how to make this strategy work for your dealership.
The Two Week Press and Nurture Marketing - since so many Internet shoppers take their time deciding it is essential that your team keeps in contact with them for the short and long-term. We will teach how to increase your Connection Rate with effective communication techniques that leverage your unique Customer Value Proposition. You'll learn how to build your Value Stack at a Vehicle, Dealership and Personal Level to build value for your clients.
Telephone Skill Building - although it sounds counterintuitive you'll quickly learn that when a customer is seriously shopping for a vehicle they don't mind when a caring and knowledgeable salesperson calls them. Learn how this Moment of Validation can be best achieved through skilled telephone techniques. We will teach how to control yourself so you'll control the call providing the best outcome for the client and your dealership.
Communication Skills Training - while learning the right processes we will also teach the most effective ways to send emails using motivating subject lines that help you "win the battle of the inbox", how to use texting legally and strategically and how to deliver voicemails that earn a callback.
Video Techniques - the power of videos is well documented in the latest Google Auto study and your team will learn how to do this properly and with minimal effort. Additionally, this is an exceptional way to ensure higher connection rates with your prospects.

He has served in various positions over the years including Dealer Partner and General Manager at Jack Kain Ford, where he remains a partner today. His Internet experience includes developing his own business Internet Operation and being a co-founder of FordDirect.com, the dealer/factory owned joint venture that is the Internet lead provider to Ford and Lincoln dealers, where he served as the Chief Operating Officer from start-up until he developed KainAutomotive.com
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
The training will start at 9:00 am both days and conclude at 4:00 pm. We won't exhaust you with needless banter, just proven practices that will help you drive exceptional results. This will allow you to relax and enjoy all the activities in and around downtown Lexington.

The workshop will take place at the Kain Automotive Training Center, just minutes from several downtown hotels, including the Downtown Hyatt Regency which offers our clients a lower room rate. Please contact Jessica Kain and she will help get you in contact with them for the lower rate.
The dress code for the event is business casual, so you can wear nice jeans / khaki pants / skirt and a polo or button down.
We will provide morning and afternoon snacks and drinks, and you can go to lunch and dinner on your own. We can also give you recommendations of some of our favorite restaurants nearby.
