Description

Join the Korean American Coalition of Chicago (KACC) for the first ever "U and I vs. Cancer" Basketball Game and Concert at the Credit Union 1 UIC Pavilion on Sunday, February 24th!

We will be joining efforts with the UI Cancer Center towards bringing the Chicagoland community together! This free event for KACC attendees will help to promote health and wellness around cancer prevention and engage the Asian American community. Attendees will learn about cancer awareness & prevention, and the UI Cancer Center with FREE transportation, entry to community resource fair, UIC v. Milwaukee Panthers basketball game, food & drink voucher, and post-game concert!

Pack the Pavilion with KACC as UIC Flames will face the Milwaukee Panthers in the final regularly scheduled home game of the season for an empowering community event that combines: sports, music, and health.

Schedule of Events:

- 1:30 PM Bus pickup at designated spots in the city
- 2:00 PM Community Resource Fair
- 3:12 PM UIC Flames vs. Milwaukee Panthers
- 5:45-6:30 PM Concert feat. KAMI, RIC WILSON, DJ JUKIE THA-KIDD

Attendees will receive:

- FREE bus transportation to UIC Pavilion, if needed
- FREE entry to community resource fair
- FREE UIC Flames vs. Milwaukee Panthers basketball game
- FREE food & drink voucher
- FREE post-game concert
