Justified Anger

About 500 people attended the Justified Anger Town Hall meeting on February 15, 2014.  In anticipation of a crowd, Madison Police Department set up a highway sign to notify people to park at the Villager Mall and the City arranged for a shuttle to transport people up the hill!  Justified Anger was the title of an essay written by Nehemiah Center for Urban Leadership Development on his experiences as a black man in Madison, WI. The Town Hall meeting was a response to the overwhelming question from the Madison community: "What can we do?" A team of leaders in the black community are coming together to strategize for real and lasting change! Stay tuned for details on what you can do to support this movement.
