Expert Speed & Agility Training Camp & Combine Testing – Carson High School
Gain an Athletic Edge Training with Expert Speed Coach Chris Asher & JR Redmond
In all sports and at every position speed and agility is a very crucial element. Whether you play football, baseball, basketball, or run track improving your athleticism to maintain a competitive edge is a must. Shaving a tenth or a couple hundred seconds off your 40-yard dash can mean the difference in receiving a scholarship offer or even being drafted by a NFL, NBA, or MLB team.
No one knows the importance of speed training in sports more than Chris Asher of Gold Medal Excellence or agility training than JR Redmond. Coach Asher is considered an “expert” in speed development working with current and former NFL All-Pros, NBA Champions, MLB First-Round Draft picks, and USA Track and Field athletes across the nation and was named a three-time NCAA West Region Coach of the Year.
