Just F*cking Breathe (VIRTUAL) - for real people with real stress
Overview
JUST F*CKING BREATHE
VIRTUAL Donation-Based Breathwork Workshop (Suggested $40)
🗓️ Sunday, November 9th | 12:00–1:30 PM Pacific Time (US and Canada)
📍 ZOOM
Tired of the “love and light” version of self-work? Same.
JUST F*CKING BREATHE is a breathwork session for real people with real stress — no spiritual posturing, no cosmic promises. Just breathwork that actually helps you handle your sh*t.
We’ll use simple, evidence-based techniques to help you regulate, release, and reconnect with what’s actually going on inside. A space to feel, not perform.
This session is for anyone ready to slow down, tune in, and explore their inner resources in a supportive space. No experience needed — just an open mind and willingness to breathe.
Exchange: Donation-based (suggested $40)
Bring: Fluids, a comfy space to move and lie down, blanket (body temp change is normal during breathwork)
"It's not about feeling better; it's about getting better at feeling."

Practitioner Bio:
Madison Nees is a Radical Aliveness practitioner, counselor and artist. My practice focuses on the intersection of ecology, somatics and spirituality. I have worked in the addiction and trauma treatment industry since 2015. I am a certified Radical Aliveness Facilitator as well as a Substance Abuse Counselor. When I began my journey, I did not understand that the pull to somatics was a call of my ancestors. I was being pulled to heal all the things my mother could not and ultimately lost her life avoiding. I was being pulled to feel the things my Grandmother had no language for.
My body knew the language however, and it spoke in illness, pains, aches and rage. During this process, I discovered gifts hidden beneath these repressed emotions. These gifts were the sensations and intuition. The gifts were the grief and direct way of communicating. I always tried to “do” something with the emotions but my healing advanced the more I simply sat with them. Instead of trying to push them away, I wondered what would happen if I let them grow. They grew into my practice today.
