We are so excited to provide a venue for you to promote your business to our community. Thank you! Please take the time to review the following information and let me know if you have any questions. I want you to have a great experience so I encourage proper planning.


When you arrive to move in, please check in with Sheri or Vicki.

Set up is Wednesday, September 27th, between 9 am and 7 pm. Set up at Livestock Events Center, 1350 N. Wells Ave, Reno NV, Exhibit Hall. Please enter through the front doors of the exhibit hall. We should have some rolling racks available to you if you need them. Your business name will be on the space you are allotted. There will be electricity available on a first come, first serve basis; however, it is your responsibility to bring an extension cord and to secure it with duct tape on the floor.

All booths must begin breaking down by the end of business hours on Sunday, October 1st at 2 pm.

You must provide your own 6 ft. table and chairs. You can decorate your table any way you'd like.

I'm sorry but we are unable to provide internet service, you will need to provide your own. If you have a large display, please let me know ASAP, however, keep in mind that space is extremely limited.

***Please park in the back of the exhibit hall, or by the street, for the entire event so we can allow our shoppers to have the parking in front.


Thursday, 11:30am-8pm (presales)

Friday, 9am-8pm (open to the public)

Saturday, 9am-3pm (open to the public)

Sunday, 9am-2pm (open to the public)

You are solely responsible for the manning, operation, setup and breakdown of your booth. We understand that it is a big time commitment. Remaining at your booth is NOT mandatory. However, for maximum exposure, I would recommend having someone at your booth at all times. Please be advised that JBF is not responsible for your booth or any items left unattended. Your table must be set up for the duration of the event. We have a Saturday night Half Price Presale from 3-8pm for our consignors, volunteers, and their guests, as such you don't have to be there if you choose not to be. However, you are more than welcome to be there, you are also welcome to shop beginning at 5 pm.

We are expecting between 2,000 and 3,000 shoppers for this event. Thursday evening, Friday and Saturday mornings will be very busy. Sunday is usually busy as well.


Vendor shopping during the presale is at 2 pm on Thursday, no earlier unless you are volunteering in some way during the sale and qualify to shop earlier. Also, on Saturday during the 50% off presale, beginning at 5 pm.

***Please do not store any unpaid merchandise at your booth. JBF Reno reserves the right to search booth space at any time. You are welcome to shop, but any items must be purchased immediately to be fair to our consignors.


I would highly recommend not bringing your children with you during the event, but we understand if you need to. They MUST be with you at your booth at ALL times. If it becomes a problem we will ask that you take them home.

I will provide a one-time tax return, and tax rate card from the Nevada department of taxation at the event. This is required by the state for ALL businesses, regardless of type. If you are selling items at your table, you must charge sales tax and I am required to collect it. Please follow these instructions. If you have any questions please call (775) 687-9999 or email the Nevada Taxation Department at renoevents@tax.state.nv.us.

You must turn the one-time tax return in to me BEFORE noon on Sunday, along with any sales tax you have collected (If you pay by check, please make it out to JBF Reno). This is MANDATORY, the State of Nevada is cracking down on this. Even if you didn't sell anything or are just handing out information, I still must receive the tax return, filled out and signed. Please don't make me track you down.


Please like our facebook fan page by tagging us, and let your customer base know you are going to be there. This promotes our sale as well and we appreciate that. Help! I didn't get my registration in time and now the price is higher. What gives?

WE have a deadline, so YOU have a deadline. Your deadline is September 1st, after that date, the booth fee goes up by $50. The state gives us a deadline to file or we pay a late fee for each new vendor. We must transfer that to you. Thank you for not being late!!!

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There is free parking around the Exhibit Hall, you are welcome to park in the front during your set up time. However, please park in the rear during the event to save parking for our shoppers.

What can I bring into the event?

You can bring anything that will help shoppers notice your space. If you have a large display, please email us at reno@jbfsale.com with pictures so that we can plan accordingly. Some larger displays may not work in our vendor area, due to limited space or may require a premium space fee.

What's the refund policy?

All vendor space sales are final, NON-REFUNDABLE.
