JBF FALL 2017 SALE EXTRAVAGANZA OCTOBER 12-15, 2017 (PRESALE OCTOBER 11TH)

THIS TICKET IS FOR VENDOR SPACE FOR ONE DAY OF THE SALE, either OCT 11TH* OR 12TH* OR 13TH* OR 8TH* OR 9TH* , 2017. The price is $75 per day ( except the short day Sunday 9-12 @ $30) up to two days. 3 Days or more gets a discounted rate of $200. FIVE DAY VENDORS GET FIRST PRIORITY.

This package includes space for a 6’ table. You must provide your own table, or we can provide a table for an additional $10. We can give you 2 chairs.

If you need to rent a table it will be an additional $10 (whether you are there 1 day or 5). Please add the table rental ticket to your purchase.

If you need electricity there is no additional charge, but you need to add the FREE electricity ticket to your purchase.

This package also includes:

  1. COMPANY LOGO and information (using your provided business card or artwork) will be put on the JBF Family Partner Flyer and given to the first 1,000 (minimum) shoppers. Flyers include a Free Admission Pass to the SPRING 2017 sale, increasing retention IF WE RECEIVE ARTWORK TO jbfcoralsprings@yahoo.com by October 3rd, and is not guaranteed unless received by October 1st.
  2. COMPANY LOGO and information in our newsletters and on Facebook. We encourage you to do a raffle/giveaway at your table but it is not required.
  3. 4 FREE PRESALE ADMISSIONPASSES to distribute at your discretion to employees, clients, customers, etc. This allows pass holders to shop our exclusive Presale before we open to the general public.
  4. E-COUPON FOR UNLIMITED FREE ADMISSION TO THE SALEon public sale days to distribute via your website, email blasts, social media, publications, etc.

Terms & Conditions: JBF Coral Springs Fall 2017 Sales Event


  • Booth Sharing: Booth sharing is not allowed. Only ONE rep per vendor booth ticket purchased.
  • Advertising - participant agrees to distribute our ECOUPON FOR UNLIMITED FREE ADMISSION TO THE SALE on public sale days via your website, email blasts, social media, publications, etc..
  • Payment: Your payment is non-refundable unless we overbook or WE cancel the event.
  • Reservations: We cannot reserve locations for your booth. These will be assigned on a first come , first served basis. Floor plan is determined by JBF Coral Springs.
  • The vendor has the right to sell any family oriented merchandise associated with his/her company ONLY. The Vendor is responsible for all taxes that may be applicable and will abide by the City & State Tax laws.
  • The vendor is responsible for all bookkeeping needs. This includes having needed cash for change.
  • The vendor will have their space vacated and clean by Close of Business for the pre-selected days of participation.
  • Shopping: If you are consigning or volunteering with JBF, or if Presale passes are part of your package, you will be able to shop the Presale during your designated time on the Presale schedule. Only JBF Volunteers are eligible to shop the ½ price pre-sale. Vendors may only volunteer during set-up or breakdown of the sale; they may not volunteer when we are open to the public.
  • Children or Animals: Please, no children or animals at any time during the sale in your booth.
  • Food: You are responsible for your own food, drinks, etc.
  • Security: The vendor understands that Brown Eyed Girls of South Florida dba Just Between Friends of Coral Springs are not responsible for any missing items and Vendor will holdBrown Eyed Girls of South Florida dba Just Between Friends of Coral Springs harmless for any material losses from theft or otherwise, as well as, any physical injuries incurred during the event.
  • You are solely responsible for the manning and operation of your booth and all items in your booth. Security is provided during the sale for JBF merchandise only. JBF is not responsible for the safety of the sponsors or vendors against theft, fire, robbery, accident, or for any other destructive cause or for any injury that may arise to the public in their booth, or to the sponsors or vendors or to their employees while at the sale or en route to the sale. Brown Eyed Girls of South Florida dba Just Between Friends of Coral Springs is responsible for all JBF consignors merchandise, therefore all items need to be purchased every evening before closing and are NOT allowed to be stored under vendor spaces until AFTER purchase. JBF Coral Springs reserves the right to check under vendor spaces for items that have not been purchased.
  • Insurance: Event Vendors are required to provide a Certificate of General Liability Insurance Policy to Brown Eyed Girls of South Florida dba Just Between Friends of Coral Springs listed as the insured for the conduct of the sanctioned event. However, if this is not provided after purchase of the vendor booth through eventbrite, vendors will automatically waive proof of General Liability insurance, which in doing so waives Brown Eyed Girls of South Florida dba Just Between Friends of Coral Springsof any damages injuries and or death incurred due to Event Vendor and agree to hold Brown Eyed Girls of South Florida dba Just Between Friends of Coral Springs.
  • The vendor will only display professional signage. NO Handwritten signs.
  • Rights of JBF Coral Springs in the Event the Sale is not Held: Brown Eyed Girls of South Florida dba Just Between Friends of Coral Springs will not be held liable for any damage or expense incurred by Sponsors, Vendors and Barter Partners in the event the sale is delayed, interrupted, canceled or not held as scheduled for any reason beyond the control of Brown Eyed Girls of South Florida dba Just Between Friends of Coral Springs

I agree to the above Terms & Conditions for the JBF Coral Springs FALL 2017 Sales Event. I understand and agree that Brown Eyed Girls of South Florida dba Just Between Friends of Coral Springs is not responsible for fire, loss, theft or damage to my personal, business or display items. I agree to hold harmless JBF, its owners, participants, volunteers and sponsoring organizations from any and all liabilities and damages to and from my product. I agree to hold harmless Brown Eyed Girls of South Florida dba Just Between Friends of Coral Springs, its owners, its participants, volunteers and sponsoring organizations for any personal injury resulting from participation in the JBF consignment sale from whatever cause either seen or unseen. I agree that JBF, its owners, participants, volunteers and sponsoring organizations are not responsible for my success or sales at the JBF Sales Event. I am solely responsible for setting up and breaking down my booth and agree to all above terms and conditions.

3:00pm - 8:00pm: PRIME TIME SHOPPING ($10 per person over 18, for those who don't qualify for the presales and want to shop early)
4:30pm - 8:00pm Military, Teachers and Childcare (Must show affiliation I.D. at the door)
5:00pm - 8:00pm: First Time Moms Presale

Thursday, October 12th, 2017: Opening Day!

9:00am - 7:00 pm: FIRST DAY open to the public ($5.00 admission)

7:00pm - 8:30pm Second Drop Off! (No clothes or shoes)
