Join WiseMind Yoga teacher Michael Dougherty for a 4 Week Beginners Series on Monday nights from 7-815 PM

We welcome Teens and Adults in this class!

Traditional yoga has 3 pillars, Yoga (Physical Asana Practice, Pranayama (Breathing Techniques), and Meditation.

In the West, there are may studios or pratiioners that practice yoga based on the physical postures alone. We invite you to learn about the emotional, mental, and physical benefits of yoga, pranayama, and meditaiton.

Yoga is key to stress management as well as overall health and wellness of the mind and body.

Introduction to Yoga and Meditation Covers

- Basics and Benefits of Vinyasa Yoga Flow Poses you will see used often in yoga classes, IE Warrior 1 and 2

- Modifications of Poses as Needed

- Basics of Meditation

- Basics of Pranayama Breathing Techniques and Breath Exercises
