Welcome to our Disrupt Breathwork Event! Join us for a transformative experience at YOGA FIX.
As a fully qualified Somatic Breathwork Facilitator, I will lead you through a session designed to help you:

This immersive breathwork session is designed to help you release emotional blockages, integrate past experiences, and reconnect with your inner self. Through the transformative practice of conscious connected breathing, you’ll access a safe space for emotional exploration, allowing stored tension and unresolved feelings to surface, process, and heal.

Breathwork is a guided practice of conscious connected breathing that helps release emotional blockages, reduce stress, and connect you with your inner self. This transformative journey allows you to access deeper levels of emotional processing and healing.
A yoga mat or similar to lie on comfortably. Layered clothing to adjust for comfort. A water bottle to stay hydrated. Light blanket if you choose as sometimes you can get cold.
It’s best to come on an empty stomach or have a light snack at least 2 hours before the session. This helps prevent discomfort during the breathing practice.
Expect a safe, guided space where you may experience physical sensations, emotional releases, or deep relaxation. Everyone’s experience is unique, and you’ll be supported throughout the journey.
Yes, SJ is a highly skilled practitioner with extensive experience. She has facilitated numerous breathwork sessions and accumulated over 600 hours of training and study. SJ is also a trauma-trained counsellor, bringing a deep understanding of emotional and somatic processes to her practice.
Tickets are not refundable, but they can be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend. If you wish to transfer your ticket, please contact us with the new attendee's details as soon as possible. Tickets are not transferable to a future event.
