Description
It is time for our June meet up! Escape from the kids for a bit and listen as Ellie Burke talks about the Connection Between Meaningful Self-Care and the Nervous System. In this talk, we will explore what meaningful and authentic self-care really looks like and feels like and how all of this relates to our nervous system. What we "feed" ourselves ultimately feeds our nervous system and how our nervous system "feels" creates the foundation for how we react to the world around us.
